I have lived in Green Bay since 2009 and have served the community through volunteering and working with multiple businesses and groups to make our hometown great! I live with my fiancé, Jason, and my two dogs, Summit and Zero. We love the outdoors and fitness is a part of our daily life. You can often find us hiking in Door County or traveling to the mountains. We bring our workouts with us wherever we go; using simple equipment or body weight training to get our fix at the campsite, local park, or even the beach!
I am a Health & Wellness enthusiast with over 14 years of Experience in the Industry, working with a variety of clients, groups, and businesses. I have been a Fitness Instructor since 2006; teaching a variety of classes like Kickboxing, Core, Strength, and Cycling. I have lead teams of over 200 fitness instructors in the Green Bay Area and since 2018 I have completed certifications in Personal Training, Fitness Nutrition, Health Coach, and 200hr RYT (Registered Yoga Instructor).
